Pinkalicious Creates Snow Angels!

Avry loves the Pinkalicious books.  As she bundled up to play in the snow we realized she was in pink from head to toe!  I called her 'pinkalicious' and she decided 'pinkalicious' was going to make some snow angels!

The grass was bare at 7am and it started snowing at 7:30am.  By 11:30am it was done snowing and had covered our lawn in 4 inches of fresh powder.

Home Schooling Advantages

One benefit of home schooling is being able to visit Nick at work.  After Tuesday bible study, we hit Wendys drive thru and headed to the airport.  Once there we couldn't help throw in some education....

Two Girls Dancing

Jaci has enjoyed taking dance lessons for 5 years and this year Avry joined her.

Jaci performed with the Moscow Ballet in the Nutcracker.  The event took place in December at the Casper Events Center.  After many weeks of practice, this is Jaci getting her hair done a few hours before the final performance.

Avry is the smallest one in her ballet/tumbling class.

Backyard Visits

There is a herd of deer that like to visit in the afternoon.

Usually Samantha, our dog, keeps them out of our backyard but on this particular day this doe jumped the fence and chased Samantha up the deck.  She didn't like Samantha barking at her two babies.  Samantha raced up the stairs and scratched to be let inside.
